I’ll use this forum to list several update proof mods I make and will make in the future. Any feedback is welcome. I'm also open to requests which are related to improving the game and to spells and skills mainly. So feel free to comment.

Improved Chaos Wand
Chaos wand works with any weapon and some versions add a higher trigger change and a increased number of spells on trigger.

Improved FIREBOMB
I added an attack speed debuff extremely useful for staff fighters and other warrior mages. This debuff is equally strong as the slow effect so over 50 % attack speed reduction on the higher levels of the skill.

  • All summon spells/skills except summon zombies(kind of pointless as the suicide anyway) now have permanent versions added on request.
  • Newest mod: Improved FIREBOMB

  • That one that removes the weapon restriction on wand chaos is godly. At best, my damage won't go over 600 with brands but those bizarre effects hit hard. Slow 900 aoe damage meteors (1200-1500 crit), 3 shadow bats (they rend to get confused on targets though), poison aoe (not sure how much damage that does), and like 2 other aoe's dealing 300 damage. Only 44% proc rate and 2 procs at once....and it surpassed anything I could do before. And the dual procs aren't the issue (I assure you one proc would kill mostly everything). It sure is useful for an aoe build, although I might drop it down to one proc since it's currently overkill on veteran. Not sure why everyone said wand chaos was useless when it has such huge damage potential. And the mod doesn't affect the damage believe.

    Good job, I like this passive with my dual swords embermage xD.

    Yes wand of chaos is very strong now and I did not alter the standard damage indeed.

    Glad you enjoy it. I personally just use the 1 effect trigger with a very fast melee weapon and it’s just fantastic.

    With some of my minor changes to the ember mage I feel it already is one of the most viable melee/fighter classes in the game. The fire tree spells works much better as a fighter as they tend to be effects where mobs should keep stand in it for more damage or stand close which is not a problem if you are a melee fighter.

    I like to open up with some fire skill aeo and then bash the enemies skulls :). If you feel the game is to easy I can advise you the respawn increaser mods(Ultramax, mob swarm and more) and my diehard mods it makes the game so much fun but some boss fights can be crazy hard like 20 minutes fights :) but I like that to.

    The moving archers mod quit working for me when I played some last night. Using the first mod (the one that doesn't do anyhthing else but make the archers moveable) Not sure if it was because of this last patch.

    I think you have to change the dates on all of your mods to be after the original pak.man file. There is a tool around here called NewFileTime that does this, but I don't know what thread it is in.

    Well if the first version works then it can't be patch related I think.

    But I did not update the date of my mods so it could give problems but all you have to do is change the date of the data.pak files to a month ago or something. Easey like that while I have to change all my mod files which is quite a pain, nevertheless, I'll try to make them patch proof soon, just so many mods sigh.

    Not yet another Modder has made a version(whith half damage which I didn’t like) but I have an improved version already available I guess I’ll upload it soon.

    Oh yeah, btw,..the filenames are little bit confusing, maybe you should renaming it to the correspondent number bot
    ex:
    HealBot Improved1 = 1 bot
    HealBot Improved2 = 2 bot,...and so on.

  • I tried to get the DieHard mod, but that site kept refreshing the page without starting the download. It even happened on the other 2 mods so I am guessing that site is having some issues recently? Occurs with both Opera and Firefox.

    It is workign for me now so I think they fixed it. I just use IE btw.

    I tried again on Opera, Chrome, and IE (which I thought I uninstalled....) and it still won't let me download it. Am i being rejected or something?

    Is there any way you can lessen the improved gunbots cool-down, 20 minutes to raise an army is a long **** time ;)

    Also, the mortar bots seem a bit OP. :D

    Mortar can be bit op early I think but late game having 1 is not really that op. The machine gunner does considerably more damage. And I'll reduce the cooldown a bit on the 10 summon version in a few days. Kind of busy at the moment.
