Anyone mind walking me through a "treasure chest" prop?

I'm interested in seeing if I can get my old bookshelf model that I made during the TL1 days working as a prop in TL2. The idea, as it was back then, would be a lootable object that would contain town portal and identify scrolls commonly, and spells less commonly.

I was able to follow Runic's lever tutorial to a certain point, to help me get the animations loaded correctly. I was also able to set up the unit file to what I think is correct (it inherits from an existing chest object, has "closed" and "opening" animation state rather than "off" and "on", etc.) I know there's more that needs to be done, however I'm not really sure where to go from this point. If anyone could give me some pointers I'd really appreciate it.

Anyone? I really would appreciate some help with this.

EDIT: Nevermind. I think I figured it out. (As usual I was overthinking things -- all I had to do was create a unit trigger, assign a model and treasure spawnclass, and move it to the right place.)
