How the **** Export animations for 3dsmax?

I'been searching and trying for days to export the skeletons and the meshes to edit them in 3dsmax. I've read there are bugs in blender.
the wiki explains something with some screenshots but doesn't explain which software or the path to those options...
I have 3dsmax 2014 x64 and can't load the plugins in the "tools and assets" pack
Any other software recommended to work with animations for this game?
I have more experience with c4d. Is possible to work with it instead of 3dsmax?

Any kind sould who could explain me what can i do to extract a mesh and it's animations to edit them in 3dsmax?
