No sound outside of cutscenes??

Kraken 7.1 Chroma (2015) headset, not getting any sound outside of cutscenes. Windows 10, all current drivers. What do I do? This is driving me absolutely nuts.

    Do you have any other speakers or headphones to see if it works with those.

    I think it's specific to this particular hardware. I've seen this come up once before. It might be worth it to contact the hardware manufacturer. OP, please let us know if you do and you find a workaround! It would definitely be worth a KB article.

    1. Start your sound application or go to your mixer.
    2. Open Razer Synapse.
    3. Go to the Mixer tab.
    4. Check whether it muted. If muted, unmute.

    If that doesn't work try uninstalling Synapse and then re-installing it.
