Cost: 3k gamble, 20k enchantment

Agreed, needs to be a limit on how many times you can enchant something or raise the requirements.

My only problem is the screen is shaking ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Got over 45% crit, it's just unplayable so I usually use a lower DPS weapon(1500ish) to even be able to play the game.
Whichever mastermind dev thought about having the screen SHAKE on crits should get fired, you shouldn't punish people for getting good items. You can't possibly stand more than 5 minutes playing with this gun.
If anyone wants it I can upload my shared stash file, see for yourselves.
irt the guy above me: i had this gun at over 600 dps at lvl 10, just spend all your gold(literally) on enchanting the weapon. I don't even use hp or mana pots, sell those for gold too :p I am still only lvl 17, everything including orange mobs gets 1 shot at very hard hardcore^^
Maybe you shouldn't be jealous and bash on people with greater understanding of the games mechanics.
(yes there is a way to avoid having all your enchantments removed)
Like alt+F4 when enchants are destroyed?

Thats my weapon, i am upgrading it since lvl40, that was 20lvl before (1-2lvl per "run", ~50k per run...25k of that for the weapon each time i got to town, id say it was at least 200k) and still a upgrade is only about 7k and started on lovely 600:D
I have to admit i was damn lucky with the stats but there was no rerolling trys involved or something, though the last 4upgrades were bothersome and i really dont want to try my luck any further:D
The weapon started with 1socket and 4crit on it:D
ps: im playing with epic map mod and the unique item vendor price 1.1...if u consider that cheating the weapon isnt legit too^^

Yeah, it's MORE legit than most, but you miss the point- you readily admit to having poured the majority of your gold into this weapon from level 40-60 in the infinite dungeon. People are claiming they have produced better than this at level 20, that's where I cry, well, not legit. But no, I still don't consider it "legit", because the epic map mod (If I understand it correctly) ups the difficulty of the maps, but also substantially increases the loot received, so your weapon would not be representatitve of one able to be obtained through normal (unmodded) gameplay, as you wouldn't have as much money to spend on it. Not to say you didn't earn it, and don't have every right to be proud of it, just that it is not fair to compare your weapon to those playing the game as-is, it's not an accurate comparison.
Not that impressive but what makes it really good is its range
