No Level Up mod

For those who likes challenge this mod stop you from leveling up meaning if you start a new character he/she will stay at level 1, to do that you need to buy a ring at my merchant (you need City Expansion), there is two possibilities for playing with my mod :

- the hardest one : buy the Legendary ring which stop you from leveling up, you can use only level one items, let's see how far you can go.
- the easier mode : buy the Hero ring which also stop the level gain but allows you to equip any items, there will be no more requirements for items, to prevent having overpowered gears I have disabled the shared stash.

As you're a level one char you can use only the first tier skills and they will be capped at level 1 too. This is because I wasn't able to remove the level requirement on skills. However I have found a way to make your character learn any skill of any rank (1 to 10) but it's fastidious to add and require you some manipulations for learning the skill. I'm still thinking of a way to give you skills without breaking the difficulty (i.e. I can't give you Explosive Shot Rank5 at the entrance of the Mines XD).
