I dont have Win7 or Vista so I Cannot fully test it. You can select the path though.

Current Path is #AppData#\Runic Games\Torchlight\Mods\Darkfirebirds Class And Pet Mod\

So if you pick just Mods folder, would install improperly. I will change the install design soon. Really did not think about it at the time. x.x

Yay my custom classes have clothes now. I originally had the kensai (playable), warmage (playable), and asmodeo's demonologist (sadly he is locking the game up, weird he's playable now, sweet). On the character creation window it just show the original classes and pets. How can i get the new custom classes to show up? Kudos on the mod. Just happy to get the characters dressed.

OK little update here: Everything is going fine but today I tried out a Warlock. Got him to level 3 or so but when I click on a merchant the game crashes. I am using the merchant pack mod but it should be noted I am not experiencing this crash with other classes. Must be some difference there causing it. Very small issue in compered to the overall usefullness of the mod. I am really having a fun time trying out these different classes and it's great not to have to load them seperately into the mod folder (and unload others). Thanks again for a super job! :D

Check other mods for a UI folder with CreateCharacter.Layout and delete it. ( Usually Class mods or pet mods add this. )

I do not know what that issue is. My mod does not touch these merchants. ( The original Demonologist I believe does have merchant merge files though I did not include it. )

Can you PM me a list of currently used mods you have?

I deleted the custom class mods before I installed your mod. Should I check for the original createcharacter.layout file for the original classes and delete that? Ok got that fixed (it was the ferret mod). But when i clicked on the stealthassassin it crashed the game. Keep up the good work. This is awesome.

Figured I fixed that all the way. Seems only a very few people are having that issue that I have heard of. ( Works on mine fine. ) Very few fixes are up though very minor in nature. ( Demonic Items crash the game when you try to use them. Removing them from game anyways as they did cause bad crashes at times for those it worked for. ) Until the Devs fix load issues with the game, this mod is fairly big in size and tends to cause issues with loads. ( 133 megs currently before packed. ) So a few things can go wrong :). In my opinion repacking files then making 1 large pack isn't helpful on load timers. ( I kinda liked how Fallout 3 and Oblivion mods worked :P ) So until then, there may be human error involved in using workarounds to add things.

Trust me no complaints here. I think your wrong the mod is awesome. The merchant in asmodeo's demonologist is needed because there is a axe that turns the pet in to a demon familiar. Keep up the good work dude. You and teh other great modders out there is keeping this game fresh and fun. I applaud you all.

Thanks. As for the Axe, Eh, I didn't include it I believe. I will add 'custom' items later on though. Currently awaiting bugs to pop up that isn't Human Error. :P

Currently at 18 total including classic classes. Unlikely to have a limit currently. Just likely a Mod Size limit if anything :). Ill keep Guardian in check when its operational :)

Updated to BETA 0.9a

I believe to have fixed some load issues with Warlock and other classes though the long long load time when 1st using the mod persists. ( Hope Devs can fix this. )
Removed Demonic Items for now.
And many small fixes that should help with some minor issues.

Sure. There are 2 versions of that class currently ( GenderMod and his ). So will add his as a secondary option.
