Place the unzipped files in the folder %appdata%\runic games\torchlight\mods\
As an example, it should be something like C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\runic games\torchlight\mods\Ebony

Edit: I guess the lower arms would look better with the default gloves. You can leave the folder "NoGloves" out of your install if you like.
