i might even redo it from scratch to fix any blurry parts and the size

1: item text/skill cool down needs to be moved more to the right

You Sir, are awesome! There are only a few small issues but you're probably aware of these as well. The health and mana globes are a bit pixelated, don't really give a '3D' feeling but are otherwise OK. You also need to find room for the other 5 slots (numbers 6-10).

Dunno, if this will help, but there is a UI mod in World of Warcraft called RothUI, which is a Diablo 3 based UI modification.

It has some high resolution screenshots available at its download page, which you could probably use with some Photoshopping skillz

If you have WoW installed, you can capture a few screenshots at high resolution, and then use them for the mod.

Edit: Things I can suggest

* Scaling, its too big , especially on lower resolutions.
* Needs higher resolution like you said, but scaling it slightly small would help with that a touch anyway.
* It overrides your inventory slightly, again scaling would help.
* Needs more action bars mainly the 6-0 buttons, they still function but aren't visible.

With "the right folder" you mean the "mods" folder? and did you extracted it there or just copied the compressed file?

Well I'm already using this version, I was hoping for something like this with full globes of Health and Mana xD the only "bad" thing aboit it is that Mana globe being that way covers the money indicator in the inventory window XD but it's not a big deal.
