This is a simple, admittedly a bit rough, reskin of Torchlight's lovely lady. I made her a redhead, paled her up some, and threw on some freckles for extra cuteness (although they're hard to see outside of the start menu or pause cam). Then I decided to brighten up that angry-looking red default armor of hers by making it a happy green.
I do believe she now bears a certain resemblance to a fellow fighter of fell forces, a certain Ms. Rosenberg. =P
It should have her hair changed for all helmets that show it, although the ones that use .dds files might be rougher than the others. They looked blurry on my machine as I was editing them, so it was harder to be exact with what I was coloring.
Now the bad news. It's not perfect. I don't know if it's my machine, but it looks like there are some problems with the bottom of her hair in certain helmets. It looks like there's some sort of green bleed. If anyone else sees this, let me know, particularly if you have any idea how to fix it.
Once I have the hair issues sorted out, I may update this to cheer up the rest of her wardrobe a bit. All that blood red just makes her look so angry.
Assuming I did this right, you should just have to unzip and place the BonnyLass folder, with directories intact, into your %appdata%/runic games/torchlight/mods folder.
