Torchlight crashes

Heyho,

I´m at the estherian ruins at the moment and have two different crash situations:

1. Every time i kill the mini-boss "thak'ganin the bloody" the game crashes
2. When i try to go through the fourth portal the game crashes

I´ve got the steam version and the error is the same every time: runtime error!
