It has been 1 day, still no keycode...

I bought Torchlight from Runic Games website via paypal, and its been 2 hours i still dont have my keycode, i mailed you after i got my invoice id, still waiting, PLEASE I NEED TO PLAY YOUR GAME :P

Edit : It has been 8 hours now...

Ok...I'm REALLY MAAAAD at the customer service. :x :x :x
I've sent a mail explaining that I've purchased the torchlight game on the website when it was on special for $17.99 USD.
The transaction went through. However, after I've downloaded the torchlight 1.12 it asks me for a serial code that I've never received.
I've mailed customer support and they said they've assigned me a ticket and ID for the issue.
Still no CD key. So I sent another mail and I've received an email from MAILER-DAEMON
and in the reply it says: Permission Denied. WTF!!!!!????!?!?!?! I'm VERY upset about this. It's already been day 2!
Is runic trying to rip me off? I've already paid for the game and I can't play it fully?!

Sometimes googlecheckout flags a purchase for hand review if there are any issues with the submitted fields. This process can take several hours. Anyway, if you email us with your info we might be able to speed things up a bit.

Just an update for everyone, some of our partners (such as Encore / Digital River) do not supply you with a product key when you purchase the game. You will need to download their patches or updates in order to update your game.

If you purchased from Torchlightgame.com and did not receive your key, contact us at customerservice@runicgames.com with your Invoice ID or Transaction ID so we can look up your information.

I've done that 3 times now, still no reply from about 15:30 Sunday GMT... whats going on? :(

You should have a reply coming in. Please remember that weekends do cause some delay in responding to requests but we will get to you and get you taken care of.
