Sometimes googlecheckout flags a purchase for hand review if there are any issues with the submitted fields. This process can take several hours. Anyway, if you email us with your info we might be able to speed things up a bit.

I've sent a mail explaining that I've purchased the torchlight game on the website when it was on special for $17.99 USD.
The transaction went through. However, after I've downloaded the torchlight 1.12 it asks me for a serial code that I've never received.
I've mailed customer support and they said they've assigned me a ticket and ID for the issue.
Still no CD key. So I sent another mail and I've received an email from MAILER-DAEMON
and in the reply it says: Permission Denied. WTF!!!!!????!?!?!?! I'm VERY upset about this. It's already been day 2!
Is runic trying to rip me off? I've already paid for the game and I can't play it fully?!
