I received my key an hour ago.
I think they have been trying to get through the emails that probably built up over the weekend. I sent mine off on Saturday and just received it.
I sent a short email again earlier today about it and after that received the code, just explain that you still haven't received your code.
I put the Customer Support Help Desk number in the subject like it said to in the auto email I received after emailing off for the code.
Just be polite and reasonable in your emails, it makes life easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
