Lost My activation KEY still no response from customer sup!

How can I find the Key? I have send a email yesterday and still didn't get a response a little help would be appreciated!

can you send the PM I send you to the helpdesk, my mail I keep getting the permision denied error by Mailer-Deamon!

I'm having a similar issue --- the Registration Key field in my post-purchase email was blank. I filed a help ticket over the weekend and received nothing since then... aside from the auto response.

Anyone having luck getting support?

I received my key an hour ago.

I think they have been trying to get through the emails that probably built up over the weekend. I sent mine off on Saturday and just received it.

I sent a short email again earlier today about it and after that received the code, just explain that you still haven't received your code.

I put the Customer Support Help Desk number in the subject like it said to in the auto email I received after emailing off for the code.

Just be polite and reasonable in your emails, it makes life easier and more enjoyable for everyone.

Polite? Reasonable? What's that mean? :shock: a bunch of codes were sent out yesterday and more will go again today.

There were some issues with outgoing mail sent over the last few days to various email providers such as Comcast and Cox getting stuck in the queue due to some misconfigured DNS flags. This issue should be resolved and people should be getting replies.
