Incease max skill ranks

Just a quick question, how do I increase a skill's max ranks? (For example, many vanquisher skills have 12 ranks, but you can only get up to rank 10 in game... how to I enable rank 11 and 12?).

You'll need to edit the text of the .dat files for the skills I believe. There's a line: "<INTEGER>MAX_INVEST_LEVEL:10" which determines how high in level skill points can take a skill.

This can be done in the torchlight editor's skill editor by clicking on the pencil icon after selecting a skill.
