Flaming, your friend would need to make a runic account and opt in to updates, that's the only way they'll have of having a chance at a key, unless they go to some other media site that's working with Runic to give out keys. There are a lot of people here who have been a lot more active in the community who still don't have keys. Runic is trying their very best to be fair. Your friend is just going to have to be patient.
