Hey guys, please stay on topic and calm down. We all know that the mood topples cause of the not knowing release date, but ranting about it is also not a good solution.
Just make suggestions what they should bring as Thursday update, (beside the release date) because we cannot force anyone of the dev-team to pull it out.

They're taking longer so that we get a much more awesome game. What do you want, dude? You saw the beta, you can see the progress they've made. What more do you want? You either want the game to be amazing and not rushed, or you want them to rush it, in which case you'd probably be the first one to bitch about it.

While there's no pleasing everyone, you sound like one of those kinds of people who are just never, ever pleased no matter what. My question to you is, "Why should Runic worry about what you think, when all you ever do is complain about most of the stuff they've done in the past, anyways?"

its childish to get angry about a release date. Especially when you KNOW they would love to release ASAP. Its not just an A- B progression, and its not a predictable process. That said, i wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't come out until 1stQtr 2013. If it comes out anytime before that, i'll consider myself lucky.

anyways- the more time they spend on it, the more things they can add. So its not all for naught.

-Found out corner in the edge of nowhere, that beta testers didn't seem to visit much. Adjustments were made to make the most realistic pebble to have ever existed in gaming history to increase visits to mentioned corner.

-Discovered an issue with players using redwire minecraft made computers to run the game. Their resolution was stuck to 16x16. We are currently looking into the problem to see what causes this.

-Received several complaints from monks in Tibet being unable to enter the beta client via astral projection. Due to the lack of knowledge on the subject one of our coders is currently in Tibet figuring out how astral projection works to try and pin-point the issue.

-There is also a bug with quantum processors causing them to simultaneously run and not run the game. We've ordered "Quantum Physics for Dummies" online. Fix pending till it arrives.

Jokes aside, they should just take their time and release the game when they feel its perfect. Till then just do something else, it's summer for god's shake go to the beach go have a coffee outside or something...

Do you not know how to read? I told you what I want, a actual explanation? Most game companys give that, no need to get fanboy on me zidders I didnt say release it unfinished, I said give some details because they are lacking buddy :] Other games I waited and waiting for even indie ones are giving 2 page updates almost every week. But since you know everything zidders, tell me what they are working on right now? What are you gonna say, polish?
Its not what I think its what most people think, because I think I relate too alot more people that info so far has been pretty sucky and its been far past the time we were suppose to wait.

There going to release updates of bug reports,Also they will announce that TL2 has begun the 3rd polish stage. My non Educated guess is that the 3rd stage will take 1or maybe 2 weeks thus they will announce Something on Thursday July 19th that the game will be releasing (Opinion) 22nd-31st of July! Thus fulfilling the prophecy of a July release

Maybe even some more photos or something as well...but this is just a wild guess

Well, a recent study by the american board of mental health was released showing that people who play video games are much more likely to be irritable than people who don't, so it may have something to do with that xD

I do not really care what they are going to be doing, so long as what ever they are doing makes the game better and not disappoint. I can not face any more disappointment.

But an in depth look at the remastered skill tree would be awesome. Now introducing so much versatility and panders to what ever the player wants to do that you can have an Iron Chef build with passives that make wielding frying pans and basters super beneficial, as well as hinting at a super secret Ninja, Pirate, Viking and Baby Sitter builds. Aw man im getting all excited just thinking about it. Seriously I would love a good look at all the talent trees, its the only way of deciding what class to do first. The first hour of the game I create and delete characters so many times just trying to think of what to do, not liking and starting over.
