But yeah, that was my first idea. I've brought this up ages ago, for I am doom.

EDIT: That's one of the things I think D3 did right, you pick the standard person you're going to play and they have default armor on, then when you start you're in what amounts to underwear, you get a sense of progression to actually having items that way

I find it annoying to be shown that, think "hey, that's fairly nice" and then end up with a character that's wearing rags. I struck something similar in Prototype (the original, not sure about P2), you get all the abilities at the beginning, they tell you how to use them and then you lose them all. The first thing I tried to do after the "flashback" started was use the hammer ability I'd been told to do earlier and it didn't work.
It is a very minor grievance though. No doubt they did play testing and found that more people respond better to be given/shown awesome stuff and then having it taken away.

I suggest hats. Like every time your fame increases you get a permanent hat on your character. And every fame level would add another hat upon it.

This is brilliant.

I dunno. I'm a big fan of naked women but naked pixels do little for me.
Naked TES models...no thanks. I'd think you have to be truly pathetic and sad to be into that.
Naked TL2 characters is one of the dumber ideas I've seen on gaming forums recently - and I visit quite a few of them - and there are a LOT of bad ideas posted on them all.
