Maybe you guys can help

I recently installed TL on my new computer and am having an issue with it starting up. I am running windows 7 and have tried everything suggested in the support forum that i could find. I submitted a support ticket but it seems they are to busy with TL2 to deal with any TL problems or something.

The game will install just fine but when you try to start a pop up comes up with a yellow triangle with a exclamation mark in the middle. There is no text in this error box. I have tried installing in the x86 folder and in the root directory neither works. I have also tried altering the compatibility mode and the administrator mode.

I'm kinda at a loss here.
