TorchED Tutorials and Requests

In an attempt to gather and organize all of the various TorchED tutorials and requests floating around here, I'll be keeping an active and up-to-date listing here. This isn't a thread to ask questions about how to do this or that. The user FAQ is more than adequate for that. Rather, this thread will only feature tutorials and specific tutorial requests. I'll try to update once a day.
Because I don't want to subjectively deem whether or not a request has been adequately answered, I will not remove requests from this list. Only if the author of that request PM's me will I remove the request. Therefore, tutorial writers, you may want to browse the list of tutorials before writing your own.

As of Dec. 1, 2009, I'm testing a category feature. I will list a broad category under each tutorial, allowing you to use your web browser's search function (ctrl+f) to scroll through tutorials. The categories are as follows:
- Visual
- Mechanical
- General
I want to use only a few categories, but if you have any suggestions, feel free to PM me. I'll be happy to receive feedback on the system via this thread.

- Tutorials should continue to be posted in the forum, as this thread will merely act as an organizational list with links.
- Tutorials and requests will be listed according to post date, with most recent threads at the top.
- If you want your tutorial or request to be added, make sure to have Tutorial or Tutorial Request in your thread title.

I'm glad it's proving useful! Generalad, I will certainly consider it. I'll have to figure out how I could implement that without interrupting the simple format much. Check in the next few days for that. In the meantime, I'll be updating again this evening.

I'd like to request a tutorial explaining how to create multiple floors in a dungeon, and how to link up multiple palettes on a floor (specifically how this relates to adding more squares to the "layout" tab of the rules.dat for the dungeon).
