I really love the look of D3. It will likely look a bit better when the game released in a few weeks when they have everything optimized.

Well it's safe to say that there won't be any major changes, definetely not on the art side.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke,
that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall,
with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall,
and not a soul to hear.

True but likely will have higher settings than high to choose from.

There will be no higher setting like it was with sc 2. It was confirmed from blue post. They will optimize I think the engine maybe more, but graphic will not look better.

Yeah, the only thing that's really left for D3 is optimization and probably a few tweaks. No new art assets or anything, which was a bit disappointing but understandable considering how old the engine is =/

You won't be able to play D3 until you downgrade. More in that thread

You might still be able to play.

Second why should I downgrade a videocard driver when they say you should play with the latest ones. If the driver does not work with D3 than they should fix D3 to work with the driver.

if the fault is with the driver than AMD should not have that version for download and if you do they should have a patch to downgrade it.

ATI, new games and driver issues are an old story. This isn't surprising at all. Give them a month, they'll have a driver for it. ATI cards ALWAYS have to wait, because ATI is crap.

BWAHAHAHA, no ATI always has to wait because a ton of studios/publishers have deals with Nvidia. ATI is not crap (except in certain cases, like with RAGE). Saying "ATI cards ALWAYS have to wait, because ATI is crap." is an ignorant statement.

You couldn't even blame ATi for Rage. That was all id's fault for making a game that didn't run on a variety of hardware configurations. They made a console game for PC and it showed.
