Runic Website Password Retrieval

I haven't played Torchlight in a while and I wanted to get back in, download it, etc. Problem is, I can't remember my password. Trying to use the password recovery tool and while it says it sent an email, the email account I type in never gets an email (yes, I've checked the trash/junk/etc).

A related issue is, when the login page gives you a captcha to solve, the captcha image fails to load. IE: you can't enter the captcha.

A little assistance would be appreciated!
