Reinstalled game, forgotten which mods I had

Apologies if this has been asked before, I really couldn't think of a specific search term for this.

Basically I formatted Windows, now I've reinstalled the game and naturally my save tells me the mods previously installed are no longer installed, does anyone know of a way I can see what mods were installed before so I can reinstall them? I already have Hotspot installed if that helps/can be used.
