Engineer Skill Question

Does anyone know if Spider Mines gain damage per skill point invested? If so, do you know how much damage is gained per Skill point invested? There are no actual damage numbers in the tooltip, so I'm curious.

curious about this as well not only that but does increased fire damage, focus or minion damage affect it?

I think we need a more detailed Spider Mines tooltip. Scaling, damage and all that.
