Dude the thought of that honestly scares the crap out of me c.c
I have this thought of Runic unleashing a BrianB Boss npc on multiplayer rooms

He's a super elite Runic Staff spawned boss event - he's uber hard to kill but once you kill him you can get shiny loots with exclusive attacks and animation

Please include this. And he's drop a weapon with "It's definitely best to avoid looking directly at me" as the flavor text to boot.

@GigaDager: *cough*I hope Runic Staff are reading this esp. the 2 Brians...this might be a good multiplayer only event and perhaps a new addition to the references/culture of Torchlight 2

what weapon would BrianB sport?
Stop making Torchlight 2 a Diablo 3 wannabe, stop asking why it's not competitive. Shut up and enjoy the damn game.

A cannon that shoots wands that casts cross bows that do fire and ice damage.

What's the difference between BrianB and BrianW? One sits within short-range nerf catapult distance of Travis' bunker-like workstation; the other one doesn't. Fortunately, there's the office's nerf cannon.

Blizzard may have the money (but then scalliwags and pirates and other evil assorted venture capitalists usually do), but Runic has the best toys... they even have plastic swords and really big honkin' plastic ax too (it even comes equipped with a leering plastic skull! Pretty cool stuff, if you ask me): nothing like a sudden, early morning melee at the office coffeemaker. Then it's winner takes all - coffee, donuts and glory! - and loser... well, we're not too sure what happens to the loser... but I've heard the weather is often very nice in Irvine.

None may gaze upon the Dark Cubicles.

Just as an aside I hope this thread gives at least one of the Runic guys a chuckle.

And I hope it terrifies another. An intern that has no idea what he's getting himself into.

Run, boy. Run. It's not worth it. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!
