Downloading from Torchlight and no key?

I just purchased the game by clicking on the Buy Now (PayPal) button on http://www.torchlight.com and after processing my payment I got a receipt page with no activation key and no link to download the game.

I read the other posts about the keys taking a little while to get sent out in an email (which I completely understand and can accept), but now I am at a loss as to how I can download the game that I paid for. I don't see any download links on the main page and I would rather not have to buy the game again through Steam or some other vendor (I also saw that the keys will not work if you try to use one from vendor A to unlock the game downloaded from vendor B).

Any tips on where I can go to download the right version of the game that I bought while I wait for the activation key to be sent to my email?

They were having a problem with something or another with either the keys and/or the download link not sending out a bit ago. They are fully aware of it and are putting those fires out as I type! Hang in there, buddy!

Ah, so a link to the download site will be in the email along with the key?

Yeah, there's a clog in the hose somewhere and there's some other problems with some of the other site's protection schemes that are slamming HQ. They are on it, believe me!

I too bought the game via paypal and have no key in my receipt nor my email. I contacted Runic and hope they will send the key fast.

This just happened to me as well about a half hour ago. I was able to download the game from the link in the e-mail, but both the e-mail and the web page on purchase didn't have a key in it.

I purchased over PayPal, so maybe this doesn't happen with the google checkout process. At this time though, I'd recommend that people not buy directly from runic till they get this ironed out. I like to support the developer by purchasing directly from them (even if it's a couple of bucks more). Hopefully, they'll get this fixed up soon (and get me my key via the support e-mail I sent).

I bought the game yesterday evening from Runic, using Paypal. After the order was processed via Paypal's website, there was a clickable orange button saying something like Finish Order (I already paid for the game) which redirected me from Paypal to a page with some text, the product key in bold letters and the download link in orange. Did you guys get this far?
Had to wait hours for the e-mail to arrive though but it didn't matter.

I came to the same site. But there was just empty space where the key should have been.

The email i got as a confirmation from Runic had the downloadlink and the message [Contact us for code(s)] No button

I know these won't help you solve the problem but at least the guys at Runic will know what the issue is if you can tell us where you're stuck because of the missing information.

I got the same screens as ConndrBrBr, where it says to contact customer support for a key. I forwarded that to support but am still waiting to hear back from them.

Just to follow-up, I ended up getting an email from Runic last night with a link to the download and my product key.

I downloaded the game and played it until about 1 am before realizing I needed to get some sleep.

Aside from all the problems, this is an excellent game - I'll be really interested to see how this does for them in terms of sales. I think it's deserving of quite a few sales.
