What do you mean there are no games. :( :?

Maybe he mean, like me, that there are no other COOP multiplayer Hack'n Slay (ARPG) beside D3 this summer?

Thalandor wrote:Really? The gameplay is totally different, and Borderlands was very underwhelming in many departments, IMHO. I'd rather play a real shooter than this... The only good thing Borderland had going for it was the art design, but even that god old pretty quick as all areas look similar.

then we disagree. Borderlands is one of my favorite games of all time. they're both slightly randomized loot-hunt games with fast-paced action, and that's what I love. I need not point out BL sales figures. also, define "real" shooter, because to me a "real" shooter is Doom - hyper shooting without the bullshit of modern FPSes. anyway, not gonna defend BL because i'm sure most people on these forums like it enough.

you'd be surprised, i'm sure, to see how much overlap the two fanbases have.

What good games are out right now? Diablo 3 was the only game. And its one of the biggest disasters in video game history. Its not even Diablo or a ARPG loot game.

I'm buying NCAA Football 13 on tuesday but thats just a appitizer for Madden 13.

Borderlands is the best loot game since Diablo 2.

Fingers crossed for late July release! Torchlight 2 will probably be the one and only (beside D3) coop Hack 'n Slay "ARPG" this >Summer<

Grim Dawn currently has an estimated release date of August 2013 and Path of Exile is simply transitioning to open beta in September (I won't harp on the fact PoE still needs a lot of work). As for Borderlands 2, I'll pass. The first one bored me to tears.

Me agrees. Borderlands was boring as hell.
My randomizer tells me the chances I will not buy BL2 are 90%.

All the hopes are for July!

Well it seems whoever picked 'Torchlight on GOG' won this round. Not that this isn't a big deal, tis just nothing I care about as it has nothing to do with Torchlight 2 or its release date. I shall return next Thursday :D

Another Thursday is coming - time to revive the thread!

What do you think? Was Wonders post the this week update news-> link ?
I don't hope this because I think people here are getting very angry if this was all the news and especially if they drop the release date after PaxPrime (51 days away - around August 31th).

This one is easy.

From Wonders news:

...More information on our PAX presence coming on Thursday! For now... to your sewing machines!

Whatever this means...
