I'm stuck too, but this time I'm stuck in town! Specifically lower left-hand corner, behind the Miner. I tried using the console command but it doesnt work. I'm sad now Mayhaps I can send someone my save to unstuck me?

i am also stuck in abandoned mines lvl 1 (portal quest). my lvl 7 destroyer with unique axe is stuck

running from steam in bootcamp on a mac...console will not work

managed to free myself - used the destroyer's dash skill and clicked the town portal i had opened (per OP suggestion) in the middle of the dash and got back to town

I am stuck to. Was wondering if a patch is close?

Would be nice with an unstuck button. A port into town perhaps. (with warning that you would not be able to return to the same place without refighting some content)

I restarted eventually but was curious, people seem to think this is going to be fixed in a patch but I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, I don't think I've even read a yellow post acknowledging it so...

If this happens 20, 30, 40 hours in its going to be a real pain in the arse.

Ah, correction, missed this as it was directly after my initial post.

Sorry the console isn't working, it may have something to do with the way it was disabled for the demo. Hopefully we can get that fixed up soon as well.

didn't get console up for some reason but i did get you out (spawned some town portals and one popped up close enough to jump in).

I'm stuck as well. Went down the stairs to the first floor of "Molten Prison" and my entire screen is a bright orange besides my character and the UI. I'm on Steam and I can't change the console to "1" like the OP outlined. I guess I'm stuck until there's a patch.

I can get back to town fine, I just need to be ascended past that Molten Prison level.

This sucks. I just bought the game after playing the demo, and I got stuck in a rock after just a couple hours of playing. The console won't come up, and it won't let me open a portal either.
I don't want to start over. I guess all I can do is wait for a patch. boo.

I am running the Steam version on Win7 64bit.

So I'm stuck in the cave after killing Ordrak. Somehow got pushed behind a wall of rocks....
Tried the console but it resets to 0.
Has there been any resolution on how to get console to stay at 1?

technically i'm not stuck - i killed a phase beast, entered its zone, dropped a quest item accidentally, portaled out, killed ANOTHER phase beast that went to the same zone, picked up my quest item, and ....the exit portal doesn't work. nor does town portaling. and i'm on steam so my console doesn't work either. if i got someone else to ascend me, would it pop me out of the phase zone?

edited to add: quit, restart, and voila! new unexplored phase zone with working exit and everything. "have you tried turning it off and back on again?" solves an amazing number of problems.
